What are the strengths of the Taste of Tasmania festival that should not be forgotten and where is a good place to be for New Year's Eve (living in Hobart)

is a good feast, also catch the arrival of syd in Hobart, is something nice.

Hobart I just stayed at the hotel opposite the port anyway its all about fish, they have about 30 or so fish never heard of except them and they all have great taste sauages the Wallabies are the best
