Queenstown Backpackers

Queenstown BackpackersThe new face of backpackers

Flashpackers tend to be slightly older, they were once students and worked for several years and have a little more income available to spend on fun things and their homes. However, these old (and a bit richer) travelers still want the community that you feel in backpackers. Hostels are designed as places where you can easily meet other travelers rather than feeling a bit isolated when you stay at a hotel anonymously and are therefore still a very popular choice of accommodation for people a little more aged to travel the world.

Another way of describing a "backpackers hostel" could even be a backpackers hotel, and they appear more often. They are designed for backpackers, therefore all the communal areas to meet other people, kitchenette so you do not have to eat every night, and other facilities such as access to Internet (WiFi), self-service laundries and more often than not television shows.

But outside communal facilities such properties are becoming more like hotels. Yes they shared dormitory facilities for those who are still on a strict budget, but they also have many private rooms available, ideal for couples of young travelers who do not want to stay in impersonal hotels. These private rooms are also often with sanitary services and even have their own TV, a large number of people staying in these places feel like they are staying in a budget hotel of high quality, but do not pay through the nose for him. Even people who have never even considered staying in hostels before are now choosing them because they are affordable and they are not always filled with drunk 18.

One of these hotels Backpacker "has opened in Queenstown in the South Island of New Zealand. It was purpose built as a hotel by backpackers nomads , who have been in business in Australia Hostel and New Zealand for several years. Their aim was to build the best, and stay there, you can see they are really trying to achieve this goal. There are many small touches that you just do not see anywhere else and they are willing to accept feedback from their customers on other aspects that could be improved. The private rooms are all en suite and feature a plasma TV, tea and coffee and a lake or mountain views. Just almost everything you want and need in a hotel in Queenstown, but it also has a happy feel. The staff is young and enthusiastic and want you Queenstown participate in a fun atmosphere and extreme so that they will gladly advise you on where to go and things to do in Queenstown and for those traveling alone, they also organize group activities. Being in the center of Queenstown they chose not to have set the bar for it are many good bars nearby and the inn itself is then a quiet place to relax after a night out.

With the global economy in such a state that is at the moment, and the travel industry is one area that seems to suffer most, places like this that are affordable, but at the same time hosting good ones will probably prosper.

I want to thank Nomads Queenstown for making me visit their property and their hospitality during my stay.
