PoriaWhere do cinnamon and Poria to be purchaceda

I'm looking online but I do not see sites selling. Can be bought in a storea

These are both used in Chinese medicine. They are sold in Chinese Medicine Pharmacies. Cinnamon is called Gui Zhi (pin yin names) and Poria cocos is known as Fu Ling. You'll probably find forms of powdered herbs available Kalyx.com.
However, you may be looking for a formula that is used which is called by the name of these two ingredients. He has five ingredients, and honey. It is used in Japan and China. He may have had its roots in Kampo medicine, which is Japanese. The five are listed below.
Cinnamomi cortex Cinnamomum cassia Blume Gui Zhi-0.2g
Paeoniae Radix Paeonia lactiflora Pallas Shao Yao-0.2g
Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews Moutan cortex Mu-Dan-Pi 0.2g
Semen persicae Batsch Prunus persica Tao Ren-0.2g
Hoelen Poria cocos Wolf 0.2g Fu-Ling
Is added to one gram of boiled honey or processed. The resulting ball is 2 grams.
There are some available on its use. The National Library of Medicine site is a good starting point for reading. Look under "Guizhi Fuling."
Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan is sold by Active Herb. I have not used their products, but they look typical of manufacturers of Chinese formulas. Link below.
