It is best to go by bus, usually from Florence (bus station in downtown). It is round 70 km and takes about 80 minutes and you pay the ticket on the bus (which should be less than € 100 CZK = 4 = $ 6.5. It's definitely worth the time.

Takes about 50 minutes by bus, I think its 50-60 km from Prague. You must purchase a ticket, but its cheap. The chapel of bones is interesting, the Cathedral of St. Barbora is phenomenal. When you're inside to take a look at the ceiling it looks like flowers floating in space.
