The quickest way is to take a helicopter from the Peninsula Hotel in Stanley Market, which is south-east direction of Hong Kong Island. Taxi is the fastest of the next stage of the Cross Harbor Tunnel and Aberdeen Tunnel to Repulse Bay. The most direct way to get there is by bus, number 973 Salisbury Road outside New World Center and get off at the terminus, which has the same name as Stanley Market. HK $ 13.6 billion, approx. 70-85 minutes.

Fastest: Go to the nearby Hotel Peninsular. They have a heliport on the roof. Renting a helicopter. Must be less than 5 minutes this way.

There are buses over # 6 Central Star Ferry, but you want to go fast, if not an option then.
