Dubai Villas

I want to buy a property in Dubai and move early in the new year. I am looking for a villa of resale, fortified with pool, not a new development or offplan. Something that will come with a residence permit. I am willing to consider other parts of the UAE too. I am looking for where my money goes to buy the property more spacious. I would be happy to live in a Muslim as opposed to the western part of the city.
