You must be 17 or older to work at Hollister and Abercrombie. You must be 18 to work at A & F, Ruehl and Gilly Hicks. They are very strict about this so I doubt that you will find 16 young years working for the company.

Ummm you can select your availability, but you really do not too much control over when you regular, but they are very flexible, you can always find someone to work for you if necessary or call in.

Most people who work for the company are hired (I think it's like 75%), but you can just go in a request for a partner to show you where is the booth and fill out an application and choose a date interview

You can give your managers uptime they provide at the moment. You can get recruited or ask the management to show you the kiosk in the store or you can call and ask them to give you a password to apply online

* Yesss, look, it's important. They want to advertise the clothes so you also have to be fairly thin, super skinny but not necessarily if you do not look bulky garments. Because it's not a nice view of ppl in overweight spandexy shirts ... not flattering
* Your really pretty and have a nice tan and lean ur so you should be fine as long as your 16 - 24ish. Typically, 17-19 years are the popular pick.
* There are different types of models ... high fashion / super models. You do not just watch, but it's not really a bad thing cuz they usually look wierdish or ugly. You do not want their faces to distract clothing. The other type of models are teen stores like Hollister, Abercrombie and American Eagle. You have this nice, pretty normal appearance. So what kind of model is ur best bet.
