Personally, I do not advise you to stay in coz Aseania to me when you're in Langkawi, your hotel room must have a sea view from the balcony .. but in this case, your room would Aseania facing the hills or along the way!

If you're on a budget, I'd be happy to suggest to stay in Sunset Beach Resort which is located in Pantai Chenang .. walking distance of cafes, bars, beach etc..

The resort is a resort with no frills, but you can expect a very friendly service from staff and surroundings are very nice bali concept ... you'll like it! visit their website http://www.sunsetbeachresort.com.my

Hv been to Langkawi me, but have not stayed there. But the hospitality of Malaysia are great .. Aseana to Resort facilities should be too .. Hv fun

I stayed there a few years ago and found everything ok nothing special. the staff is friendly but not attentive. sometimes you do not do things by the first application (like many other Malaysian 3 to 4 stars). after a stay there, he didn't leave the impression a lot to me. ASEAN is not the resort.
FYI, Malaysian general service is below par. S'pore service and Thailand is far far far superior.
facilities and staff friendliness and attention are better station Pelangi or Andaman. I will certainly recommend Andaman Resort. what are the resorts so it is more pleasant.
