Amphoras Holiday Resort Hotel

Amphoras Holiday Resort HotelGo to Sharm El Sheikha

We're going to Sharm in October staying at the Holiday Resort amphorae. I've never been before and would greatly appreciate any info. What are the tipping customs, vaccines we need, places to visit, places to avoid etca

* No need vacines
* October is great to go to Sharm
* I was not and I do not know what recourse
* Charm is more open field of tourism with people from around the world. Can not find it Egyptian customs. If you go during the holy month of Ramadan, we must keep in mind that in the time of sunset, Muslims take their first meal (breakfast) after fasting during the day. the fast of Ramadan means a lot of moral things + no food, drink, smoke. In Cairo I use to say that it is better not to eat and drink in public or in front of Muslims, but I'm not saying that in Sharm. Just do not smoke around a person who may be fasting.
Intemate feelings of couples, touching, kissing, hugging in public is not beautiful all the time. In Sharm you can wear whatever you like.Topless not allowed on the beach.
* Places to go: glass boat - 1001 Evening Show - coffee Feshawy - Ras Muhamed conservative (35 km from Sharm) must see.
St. Katherine Monastery and Mount Moses (1 day) - Dinner dessert safari - Safari Diving - Snorkeling - Diving in the Bay of Sharks - photgraphing Undewater - at sea

Yet there are other things but it is preferable to choose between what you can do.

* Places not to go: Do not go it alone deep in the desert or the sea floor - Do not go anywhere with bad guys -

My special advice: It is normal to have new frinds, so choose your friends not to be well cultivated people who serve you - do not stay in the sun - always drink water - alcholics avoide - Enjoy all your time as possible and explore new places. The last thing is to be a friend of Egypt and the Egyptians, we care about many of our friends.
Good luck and welcome

my dear friend
Where are you froma because you ask about customs. Anyway when you get there you will meet many people willing to help. .. by by

edge of what you love, usually from 10 Egyptian, about 1 pound, vaccines you receive from your GP, mine was free, places to visit and try to Naama Bay, meditteranian very meaning of the station, many bars, restaurasnts and souks, the bazaars are great, usually you get a beer! 0 Egyptian and attempting pipes Hubble, places to avoid, I would say the old city, said qiute threat when we went. Best snorkel you ever met loads of entertainment expenses of the exotic marine life and coral is fantastic. From snorkeling trip to Ras Mohammed, you will not believe the coral out there

I went on my honeymoon and it was excellent. If you tip the servers in your hotel when you arrive they will do anything for you.
Nightlife Nama remote is good, but beware of the hagglers on the street, they will never abandon you. You have to haggle for everything theres no price tags on anything.

You can trick small amounts, 3-5 for the drink, over by the bill for eating out.
There's really no vaccines you need for Egypt. But I want to get the series of those Hepititas.
Everywhere is safe, even the old market, you will be harassed all the time because it is the nature of Egypt. Everyone wants to sell you something or ask for your name, where your from etc. It is harmless but can be annoying. There is plenty to do in Naama Bay and also on the hill in Hadaba.
The nightlife is everywhere. If you get a chance, go to Ras Mohamed Park, a beautiful day of snorkeling or diving and enjoy a bit of Sinai. Also, if you like the quads, it ideal for an excursion into the mountains at sunset. A lot of fun.
You will find small places to enjoy the evening and large noisy. For a relaxed, bar Camel.
